If you are doing an SEO for a client’s website or your own blog or website The main goal of SEO is to bring your blog/website or client’s website to the very top of the Search Engine (SE).
On the other hand, bringing the website to the top in Search Engine is called Search Engine Optimization SEO.
Everyone wants their website to be at the top of search engines. But is it on your desire? Obviously not!
Each search engine has its own mechanism, technique, and algorithm. They measure websites according to their algorithms.
Similarly, Google has over two hundred factors that distinguish websites and measure which one is better.
Now we will see that if we generally doing SEO work then how will be the result.
Just open your browser and search by keyword “Digital marketing for beginners” and press ‘enter’.
You will see the list of links that will appear on the screen:
These links are appearing by organic search. This is basically the main reason for SEO to bring the website on top of Search Result.
8 important factors for SEO
To be a professional in SEO, you have to know some factors:
- How does the search engine work?
- What are the search engine’s algorithms?
- What is Keyword finding?
- How do we do a competition analysis?
- Which keyword we have to target?
- Finding easy and difficult keywords
- On-page optimization
Keep in mind that SEO is not an easy process as it looks like. This is the process from medium to difficult. If competition is hard then you have to work very hard to rank your website.
Similarly, if competitors are low then your website will rank quickly.
This SEO process will take a few months. If you do great SEO you will get a lot of traffic.
SEO is the base of Digital Marketing Strategies.
If we leave this SEO process from digital marketing strategies, that’s fine, but you don’t get much traffic through all the other factors.
Paid Advertising (Paid Ads)
If we advertise and pay for online services such as YouTube, Facebook, or websites, then it is called Paid Advertising.

Let me explain it with an example. Just open your browser again and search for ‘SEO academy’ and press ’enter’.
Now if you look at the first two links in the red box, these are paid ads. They paid for it and their links are appearing at the top.
They are paying for the keyword ‘SEO academy’ to rank their websites at the top. Actually, they pay Google Adswhich is an online platform of Google for paid advertising.
Websites with high bids and high-quality content will rank first, second, and third.
Suppose I click on the first link, then the amount of one click on this website will be redirected to Google Advertising Service.
If we start a new business or website and want to get results quickly and can’t wait for two or three months, we will take advantage and benefit from this PPC service.
You will get the result after one hour and you will see your website in the search result.
Every small and big company does PPC to grow their business. They also do SEO, but they want to compete well and get their rankings to the top. So this is called PPC Advertising.
We display our website’s ads on other websites by paying the amount of money to them. Now open a website Blogili.com and press ‘enter’.
Check the red boxes, these are display ads on other websites. Now SEMrush Company is paying for per thousand impressions. It means that If it appears 1 time, it will be one impression and if it appears a thousand times, then it is called CPM (Cost Per Mile). This process is done by Google AdWords.
In short, when we advertise our website on another website by paying a small fee, it is called a display advertisement.
Compared to PPC, display ads are much cheaper. Sometimes some keywords cost more and you have to pay a lot of dollars for just one click. So display advertising is a low-cost way to raise awareness about your website.
Remarketing Ads and Display Ads are dependent on the same concept.
Let us explain it with an example.
First, open the W3school website, scroll down the page, you will see an ad of ’HostGator’.
Now close this website and open a new website Blogili, again scroll down the page and you will see the same ad on this website also.
How does this happen?
This happens dynamically. When you visit any content then the ad will appear as your content be like.
This is an advanced strategy that we track with Cookies. This is also a sub-method to grow your business online. You can advertise on Google, YouTube, and AdMob, etc.
Social Media Advertising
We do Social Marketing Advertising for two reasons:
- Awareness of the Product or service among the people
- Business leads for the company to increase the customers

We cannot do Mobile Marketing for every company. For example, I have a website BlogsAndNews, I cannot do Mobile Marketing for my website because I do not have a Mobile Application for my website.
Mobile Marketing is only for those websites or companies that have Mobile Applications.
For example, Alibaba company is an application-based company. They do Mobile Marketing at a very advanced level so that many people download their application.
This is a very simple strategy, if you visit any blogger’s website then you will see the ‘Subscribe’ button or link on the right side or top.
When you subscribe to their blog and enter your email address, you will receive every update that Blogger creates through their blog.
When you buy a product from Amazon or Flipkart, you need to sign up for their website. In a few days, they may send you an email regarding the new product you bought from their cart and they will also encourage you to buy this product.
Mobile Marketing connects the customers and update them regularly and gives offers.
Actually, Inbound Marketing Strategy is the strategy to attract the victors/customers towards your business or product by your quality content, articles, videos, and infographics.
In inbound marketing, we do not approach directly to the customers.
For example, if I have a digital marketing course academy in the United States, students will come directly to the academy in my area.
But some people search by keywords like digital marketing benefits, digital marketing strategies, how to make money by digital marketing on the Internet. These keywords have different aspects.
So we use all of these keywords and shape them for customers so that customers can connect with our business. This means we indirectly attract customers to our business.
